The Ross River Dam is 25 kilometres from Townsville’s CBD, right at the end of River Way Drive, Kelso.  Please see the map.

Prices listed are for adults. Children up to 5 years are free. Children from 6 to 15 years pay $1 for each year of their age.  For example $10 for a 10-year-old. The same pricing system applies with meal & BBQ cruises, ie………10 yr old cruise = $10 + $10 for meal or BBQ

Assembly for all cruises is at the Ross River Dam car park 15 minutes prior to the cruise departure , ready to board the free transfer bus….DON’T forget your camera

Every Sunday
2.00pm to 4.30pm		 $30 per person Relax and enjoy a peaceful cruise.
Take in the abundant bird life, watch turtles lazing at the surface and enjoy the fantastic scenery.
Hear about the history of the area, including the days of Cobb & Co and the early pioneer settlements.
See the old coach road. Enjoy free nibbles and sing along to Pop’s live music.
Sunset Cruises  Saturday evenings $30 per person Sunset cruises cover a different area of the Lake to the Sunday cruiseWe cruise up to Stoney Creek where you can see what the birds and animals are doing.Then we continue up to Swan Island and see where the Black Swans and Magpie Geese breed.We continue up to the areas of Antill Plains and Toonpan. Hear the mystery of  the Landers Hill story .On the return cruise sit back and watch the Sunset, enjoy the free nibblies with a little light live music to set the evening off.
Private Charter Social Groups , Christmas and Birthday Parties cruises., Weddings etc   $30 per person, (up to 3 hours) minimum 15 passengers (or $450) and maximum 47 passengers . ($34pp if you would stay longer) available 7 days per week
Morning/Afternoon Tea Cruise $34 per head These are special cruises for groups of 15 or more who would like to enjoy the tranquillity of the cruise and a cuppa with their friends.

BYO Cruise Tropical buffet parties on board the Kathleen Mary $34per head Enjoy your own self-catered food on board. (Caterers welcome) buffet table and chairs provided. Cruise and party to your hearts content, live music provided or play your own music on our sound system
